Get the most out of your daily 10-minute session:
Step On
Place the plate on a flat surface. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
Power Up
Use the remote or onboard controls to turn on and choose your speed (1–120 levels).
Select Mode
Choose your workout mode — manual or preset programs for toning, recovery, or strength.
Add Resistance (Optional)
Attach the resistance bands to engage your upper body while standing or squatting.
Relax or Train
